“I tell all of my friends how wonderful this shop is! The crew at Volvo Specialists has been taking care of my 4 Volvo's and my Chevrolet pickup for years now. They are always, courteous, timely, fairly priced and best of all they fix my cars right the first time. Again, I tell EVERYONE to go see them, you will not find this kind of dedication in the DMV.”

“All i can say is I wish i took my 83 Volvo 242 to them first. I have owned many different make and models. But must say the people at volvo specialist are the nicest people i have ever delt with at any shop or dealership. I call them up on a Friday afternoon for the first time. Most shops will blow you off when i gets past 3pm. But they told me to come by and we will check the car out. They spent over an hour with me educating me on my make and model and help me trouble shoot some of my problems. I have a lot of respect for them helping me out knowing i am a student on a budget. They are a great shop and i will spread the word.”

Larisa is always a pleasure to work with. Their work is great, fast, and most importantly, honest. They'll charge $100 as diagnostic fee (as opposed to Darcars 125) and they'll waive the fee if you're going to fix the issue with them.

“I went there to install an Elevate downpipe and exhaust system on my S60R. Got there on a Friday late afternoon. We ran into some issues removing the old downpipe since the bolts seized over all these years. These guys stayed after work hour to get the job done so I could get my car for the week-end, Super professional and client oriented team! I would recommend them to anyone and so happy I do not have to go to Darcars anymore. I will see them tomorrow to install other performance parts. Thanks so much guys.”

“I first went to them for a post-purchase inspection on a 2005 Volvo S60 R, and my biggest regret was not taking it here for a PRE-purchase inspection. They found serious problems with the engine, which I was then able to bring to the attention of the selling dealer for them to repair it. It took that dealer more than two months to fix the car and, thanks to having Larissa and the folks at Volvo Specialist re-inspect the car, I found that the work still wasn't done correctly by the dealer; the caR is sorted now, many thanks to this shop. I cannot express my appreciation enough to them for catching the things they did. Without them, my timing belt would have broken a long time ago, leaving me the proud owner of a picnic table and five chairs. This shop is not pretty and perfect; you can't perform surgery on their floors, but I would trade a hundred dealers and/or shops with perfectly tiled floors and large glass fronts for one place like this that actually takes care of and goes to bat for their customers.”
